From order confirmation to doorstep delivery, we aim to make every Sara-Si purchase convenient, transparent and comfortable.

01. Order Preparation & Dispatch
Once your order is successfully confirmed, our team starts preparing your package. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Dispatch may take additional time during sale events, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
02. Delivery Estimates
Your delivery schedule depends on your destination and courier coverage. Typical delivery estimates are listed below.
- Metro areas2–5 days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities4–8 days
- Remote and less accessible areas7–12 days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Courier disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
03. Shipping Fees
Prepaid orders: Shipping is free of charge (₹0).
Cash on Delivery: COD may be available for selected locations and may include an additional fee. Any applicable charge will appear at checkout.
04. Shipment Updates
After dispatch, we will send the available tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS or email, using the contact information provided with your order.
Refer to these details to check your parcel's progress while it is on its way to you.
05. Delivery Address Updates
Please verify your full address, PIN code and phone number before completing checkout.
If something needs correction, contact our team before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, address changes cannot be made through Sara-Si.
