No Returns Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie items once delivered.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect item or size

Exchange Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact

  • Proof (images or video) may be required for verification

Once approved, an exchange will be processed subject to product availability.

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if mentioned)
